What happens when I hit the limit?
Existing links keep working — they never stop redirecting. You just cannot create new ones until you delete one or upgrade.
Do links expire?
No. Links are permanent and have no expiry date, on every plan.
What do you store about visitors?
Only the referring hostname and a counter, and only on links where you turn analytics on. No IP addresses, no user agents, no cookies on the redirect.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in both directions. Downgrading never deletes anything, but a smaller plan holds fewer links, so you choose which ones stay active. The rest are archived: they keep their short address, stop redirecting and show a notice instead, and come back the moment your plan can hold them again.
